We are looking for a skilled and creative barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about grooming, stays current with industry trends, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional grooming services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on the latest grooming trends, techniques, and products.
• Assist in creating a welcoming and friendly environment for clients.
• Promote and recommend grooming products available at the barbershop.
Qualifications:
• Valid barber license/certification in Texas.
• Proven experience as a barber, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
