Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate – Ford of Pleasanton

Position SummaryWe’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in the efficient operation of our Parts Department—supporting technicians, sales, and retail customers by managing inventory, stocking, pulling, and distributing parts in a fast-paced environment. This position will also deliver and pick up parts as necessary.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and stock incoming parts shipments accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized parts storage and bin locations for quick retrieval
Pull and stage parts orders for technicians and retail customers
Deliver parts to service bays and ensure timely availability for repairs
Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records
Process parts returns and warranty claims as directed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and parts counter area
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts safely
Support the Parts Counter and Service Department as needed
Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership or inventory software a plus
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and reliability are essential
