AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER
Business Development Representative

$15 - $20 an Hour PLUS Bonuses!

is HIRING NOW and seeking friendly and customer-focused BDC Service Representatives to join our busy Business Development Center. In this role, you will manage a high volume of service appointments, answer inbound service calls, and provide outstanding customer service to our current and potential customers. As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure a positive experience and seamless service while supporting the operations of our Service Department. Previous experience in Clerical, Business Development, or Call Centers is a plus, and candidates with 2+ years of automotive BDC experience and CDK knowledge are highly preferred. Candidates must be willing to work some Saturdays.

Responsibilities—BDC Service Representative:

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient shop flow.
  • Handle inbound service calls, answer inquiries, and assist customers with service-related concerns.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding appointments, service recommendations, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and other dealership departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming first impression for all service customers.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the service team.

Requirements—BDC Service Representative:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume service call center preferred.
  • 2+ years of automotive BDC experience preferred.
  • CDK, X-Time, and Carmen scheduling platform experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and answering customer questions about our extensive service offerings.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow directions, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills to defuse and handle negative customer situations positively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work some Saturdays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
