We’re hiring a mid-level Litigation Paralegal to support their Mass Torts Team—focused on docket management for large-scale cases across multiple jurisdictions. What You’ll Do Own docket and calendar management for high-volume litigation Draft and e-file pleadings, motions, and correspondence in federal/state courts (ECF/PACER, NYSCEF, NJ eCourts) Coordinate discovery, manage medical records, and produce responsive docs Maintain real-time litigation updates in internal systems Serve as a liaison to clients and coordinate with co-counsel and court personnel What We’re Looking For 2–10 years as a litigation paralegal (mass tort or product liability strongly preferred) Proven experience managing dockets and deadlines in MDL/coordinated litigation Proficiency in e-filing, legal calendaring tools, and case/document management systems (Litify, SmartAdvocate, etc.) Organized, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred Why You’ll Love This Role Mission-driven work helping real people fight powerful corporations Collaborative, respectful team culture Clear path to grow into senior litigation support roles Competitive salary + bonuses and full medical benefits Ready to make an impact in mass tort litigation?
