Code Ninjas in  Green Township, OH is looking for a part-time Front Desk Manager to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.

Our ideal candidate is a mature, friendly, extroverted and high-performing self-starter who loves kids and is willing to grow into the Center Director role for the Green Township.

Who are we?

Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest-growing kid's coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way - by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and cannot wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Our code promise is, Kids have fun, parents see results. We believe in these words so much that it's written on the walls in our center.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiasm for working with kids, ages 5 and up.
• Help grow the center by increasing enrollments and retaining current customers.
• Strong leadership skills, able to give direction and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Welcome parents and students to the center
• Maintain an organized system and keep the center organized.
• Coordinate class calendar by rescheduling and canceling self-scheduled appointments for customers upon request.
• Open and close center
• Flexible schedule
• Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Traits

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Google docs, PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to make decisions
• Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding coding/tech isn't required but will help a candidate be the most successful in our environment. Desire to learn? We can teach you.

Schedule (You must consistently be available Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday, flexible days are Wednesday and Friday)

• Tuesday 4-7 PM, Thursday 4-8 PM, Wednesday 2-7 PM, Friday 3-6 PM and Saturdays 10 AM -2 PM. There is potential to work additional hours as you evolve in this roll.
• The schedule may shift and could require some daytime hours.
• Minimum hours per week 18, maximum 36

Compensation

• Starting hourly pay $17-$18.
• Opportunities for growth within the company.
