Basic Responsibilities

To assist the store director in coordinating and directing all phases of store operations.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Observe and enforce all store rules and company policies.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all store activities and operations with the assistance of department managers and other supervisory personnel.
• Be responsible for making sure that the store is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety and security standards and procedures for all areas within the store and parking lot.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Should have recognizable experience in management of others.
• Be able to meet or exceed targeted financial goals and performance objectives.

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the cyclical nature of the grocery industry, team members are required to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflect the Company's operating requirements.
