Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction | Miami, FL 🏢

Our client, a General Contractor in Miami, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with 3–5 years of commercial construction experience to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on office, retail, and hospitality projects while developing your skills and building a long-term career.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Project Managers on all phases of commercial projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas to improve processes and results.
• Grow into a leadership role as you gain experience and demonstrate initiative. 🌱

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in C onstruction Project Management
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, codes, and project management processes.
• Highly organized, proactive, and ready to take on responsibility.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Relevant Education - Construction Management or similar
• Miami-based candidates only.
