Position Title: Assembler

Wage: $18.00/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Thursday

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Assembly position at a company in Janesville, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today!

Assembler Responsibilities:
- Light assembly of very small pieces
- Feeding parts into machines
- Filling auto bag machines
- Packaging parts into boxes
- Stacking packaged boxes on pallets
- Counting out parts
- Spraying parts with a mineral oil-based product
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Requirements For Assembler:
- Must be able to stand for an entire 10-hour shift, however many positions do require sitting at times
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly as needed
- Must be able to regularly use hands and fingers and handle or feel parts
- Must have excellent hand/eye coordination and have excellent fine motor skills
- Must have specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Must have good attention to detail
- Ability to safely work around moving mechanical parts on an occasional basis
- Ability to understand written instructions
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
