We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ASIC Miner Hashboard Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hashboards for ASIC miners used in cryptocurrency mining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with electronic repair, and a keen understanding of the intricacies of ASIC mining hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose issues with ASIC miner hashboards, including hardware faults, signal integrity problems, and component failures.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform high-quality repairs on hashboards, including soldering and replacing defective components. Ensure all repairs are completed to industry standards and specifications.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of repaired hashboards to ensure functionality and reliability. Use specialized testing equipment and tools to validate performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repair activities, including the nature of the issues, parts replaced, and testing results. Ensure accurate documentation for tracking and future reference.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and follow quality control procedures to ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to team members and customers regarding hashboard issues and repairs. Assist in troubleshooting complex problems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in ASIC mining hardware and repair techniques. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in repairing electronic hardware, with a focus on ASIC miners or similar technologies is preferred. Experience with soldering and handling sensitive electronic components is essential.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work with small electronic components and tools for extended periods. Occasional lifting of equipment and components may be required.
• Training Provided: All employees are hired on a 90-day trial basis and will receive a pay increase after 90 days if requirements are satisfied. Starting pay is $20/hour unless negotiated at the time of hire.
