Looking for an experienced appointment setter. Must be experienced in customer service and speaking with senior citizens as well.
Our company specializes in getting senior citizens all of the free health care benefits and services available to them. As an appointment setter, you are expected to have a clear understanding of our services and how they are beneficial for our clients. You will be given a list of warm and hot leads with the purpose of setting appointments for our agents. Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Promote our products and services to potential clients and identify their needs
- Effectively communicate the value of our offerings
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM software
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process
- Collaborate with our agents to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
