🚨 Immediate Opening | 🏢 145-Unit Historic Property | 👨‍🔧 Long-Term Career Opportunity

📍 Location: 115 E Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72201
💰 Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus + $100 On-Call Bonus + $500 sign on bonus
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | On-Call Every Other Week

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Complete work orders in a timely, priority-based manner
• Turn apartments (make-readies) between residents
• Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, painting & staining
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Keep maintenance shop clean and organized
• Rotate on-call duties (every other week w/ bonus)

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance or related experience
• EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Experience with plumbing (copper pipe), electrical (outlets, fixtures), and appliance repair
• Strong work ethic & self-motivated attitude
