HVAC Technician – New Orleans, LA
We’re seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join a thriving apartment community in New Orleans, LA . This role is perfect for someone with solid HVAC knowledge and general maintenance skills who takes pride in keeping residents comfortable year-round.
Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Complete work orders quickly and professionally
Apartment make-ready tasks and general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair)
Ensure property systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
Requirements:
EPA Certification required
HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience
General apartment maintenance knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
