1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Required
2. Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) Required
3. Candidates Must Have Previous Working Experience with State of Texas Agencies along with Other State Clients
4. Candidates Must Have Minimum 3-4 Years of Familiarity with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging

The Project Manager with 6 or more years of experience performs advanced levels of project manager work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Familiar working with Agile framework and project management skills. This individual will work with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership throughout the agency.

Required

• 6+ years of product and project leading experience on projects with multiple stakeholders and integrations
• 6+ years of managing projects with enterprise content management solutions
• Existing familiarity with TEA's standard practices and procedures for leading projects
• 3+ years of experience with TEA or other state agencies.
• Experience with managing and leading projects on Alfresco, including maintaining and implementing enhancements
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Required
• Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) Required
• Experience with Agile software development and release methodologies Required
• Willingness and availability to work outside the regular work hours, as needed, to support project needs.
• Expertise in working across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to connect with a variety of audiences.
• Prior experience developing contract-related documents, contract management, and cost monitoring.

• Years with direct project management experience
• Experience working with state budget and expense tracking
• TEA Experience or other state agencies.
• Agile/Scrum participation
• Familiarity with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging
