What youll do1) Program & Delivery LeadershipOwn delivery of multiple AI initiatives (predictive, generative, and agentic) using Agile/iterative practices; create and manage integrated plans, RAID logs, budgets, vendor SOWs, and cross-functional dependencies.Run intake discovery pilot/experiment enterprise rollout workflows; ensure stage-gate decisions and exit criteria are met with documented artifacts (e.g., model cards, UAT results, operations handoffs).Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture and the AI COE on patterns, reference architectures, and reuse, balancing build vs. buy across strategic vendor platforms.2) Business Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementLead stakeholder discovery, requirements workshops, and process mapping to define problem statements, success criteria, and acceptance tests for AI solutions; translate into epics/stories and functional/non-functional specs.Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adoption across corporate functions.Quantify value (effort savings, cycle-time reduction, adoption) and define KPIs/OKRs that tie back to the AI Portfolio and dashboards.3) AI Governance, Risk & ComplianceOrchestrate required reviews and attestations across AI intake and risk tiering, vendor due diligence, ARB/EA design, privacy/legal, security, and ethics; maintain the artifact set (e.g., AI risk assessment, test strategy, UAT, residual risk, ongoing monitoring plan).4) Technology & Tools (orchestration, not coding)Aid & assist in designing solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot (M365, GitHub), Copilot Studio & Copilot Agents, and cloud AI stacks (e.g., Azure AI Services, Google Vertex AI)including integrations with enterprise data and workflows under governance controls.Assist in executive reporting; manage work in agile tools and ServiceNow as applicable.5) Change Management & EnablementDrive OCM for AI rollouts: communications, training, role-based learning, and Champions networks; partner with business to maximize adoption and measurable outcomes.6) Vendor & Partner ManagementCoordinate with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft) and AI solution vendors, aligning SOWs to enterprise guardrails, performance SLAs, and value realization plans.QualificationsRequired810+ years in project/program management, including 2+ years delivering data/AI, analytics, or automation initiatives in enterprise environments.Demonstrated business analysis capability: process discovery, requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, and translation of business needs into technical deliverables and testable acceptance criteria.Working knowledge of LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, and applied AI in business contexts; comfort shaping prompts/use casesExperience in AI adoption/consulting roles within large enterprises.Excellent communication skillsable to explain complex AI topics in concise, business-relevant language to executive and non-technical audiences.Preferred / Nice to haveCertifications: PMP and/or PMI-ACP/SAFe; Prosci/OCM; cloud AI credentials (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud ML).
