Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly professional Nursing Home Admissions Concierge to oversee the admissions process at our community. As the first point of contact for potential residents and their families, you will provide a welcoming and informative experience while ensuring a smooth transition into our care. This role requires a concierge-level approach to customer service, focusing on personalized attention, proactive communication, and seamless admissions .
