• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for managers
• Greeting clients and visitors at the front desk
• Coordinating meeting rooms and transportation arrangements
• Preparing disbursements and maintaining expense records
• Making calls to customers and vendors while working closely with sales representatives to obtain documentation

This is a Contract position based out of Orange, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Orange,CA.
