Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Blue Bell, PA 19422

Remote/In Office: Hybrid, 3x onsite (Tuesday through Thursday) – This will be more onsite 5x per week for the first 30 or so days.

LHH is looking to hire an AP Specialist for one of our client located in Bluebell, PA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle AP process: invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
  • Process vendor invoices associated with our MSP program, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
  • Communicate with vendor partners regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and required documentation.
  • Maintain organized AP records to support client billing, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Support monthly client billing processes by ensuring vendor invoice data is accurate and properly aligned.
  • Assist with the transition to NetSuite ERP and participate in future AP automation initiatives.
  • Contribute to month-end closing tasks, including accruals and AP reporting.
  • Help develop best practices and process improvements for AP workflows related to MSP vendor management.
