Innovative and growing company within the data solutions space supporting top tier global investment banks and investment institutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

This is a great hybrid opportunity with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote located in Louisville, KY with business hours Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm The compensation range is upto 55K with Benefits.

The idea Accounts Payable Analyst holds the follow experience:

• 1+ year of experience of AP process.
• Must be comfortable with manual data entry and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Heavy Manual Processes: Heavy reliance on manual entry, with 60% of the role focused on invoice data entry and 40% on vendor correspondence.
• Enter 200 invoices weekly, with each invoice processed individually.
• Invoices are received via email or mail, scanned, and manually keyed into the system.
• Invoices go through an approval workflow, and once approved, payments are processed weekly.
• Responsible for creating payment batches, paying out invoices, and sending remittances through Oracle.
• Maintain the general AP inbox, handling client inquiries for remittances or past-due notices. Processors work together to ensure timely application of payments.
• Manage and process credit card transactions efficiently.
• Perform regular bank and credit reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Handle account reconciliations, ensuring all entries are accurate and accounts are balanced.
